The Biography of the Materials: An Interdisciplinary Approach to Ernesto León" By Abdel Hernández San Juan is monographic book on the visual art of venezuelan artist Ernesto León developing interdisciplinary interpretation, readings and analysis in between philosophy, semiotic theory and cultural theory anthropologically, discussing around language in León. and focussing from philosophy and semiotic theory in the theorization of the origin of language, in line with Jacques Derrida questions on the origin of language on the Ginebra Linguistic Circle, (Condillac and Rousseu), Hernández San Juan discuss from the aethetics of forms and signs who Ernesto exhibit "The Clues of Survival" might be regarded to the origin of language, from rupestre and pictographic modes of writings non verbal scriptures, non verbal language of gestures, to the childreen language, and the biography of materials, interpreting León exhibit anthropologically and archaeologically, while monography extend it to an interpretation and analysis of a resume of main series of Ernesto Art since the mid time to currently between Venezuela and Texas.
